DKTHO18G is an AC-DC power management power switch chip integrating 700V/220mΩ GaN HEMT. This IC features constant power function and operates in quasi-resonant mode to improve the efficiency of the power supply system.
DKTHO18G greatly simplifies the design and manufacturing of flyback AC-DC converters, especially for products requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. DKTHO18G is equipped with comprehensive protection functions: VCC over-voltage/under-voltage protection, over-temperature protection (OTP), primary over-current protection (OCP), output over-voltage/under-voltage protection (OVP/UVP), VS pull-up resistor open circuit protection, VS pull-down resistor short circuit protection, CS resistor short circuit protection, etc.
DKTHO18G is packaged in ESOP-7.
