DKTH045G is an AC-DC power management power switch chip integrated with 700V GaN HEMT. This IC supports constant power function and operates in quasi-resonant mode to enhance the efficiency of power supply systems.
DKTH045G greatly simplifies the design and production of flyback AC-DC converters, especially for products requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. DKTH045G is equipped with complete protection functions: VCC overvoltage/undervoltage protection, over-temperature protection (OTP), primary over-current protection (OCP), output overvoltage/undervoltage protection (OVP/UVP), VS pull-up resistor open circuit protection, VS pull-down resistor short circuit protection, CS resistor short circuit protection and more.
DKTH045G is supplied in ESOP-7 package.
